Terms of Service
Effective Date: October 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invoiss ("the Service"), a product of TheSoftwareHub Technologies Ltd., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Invoiss provides a B2B SaaS platform for freelancers and SMEs to generate invoices, manage payment milestones, and utilize AI automation (via Web and WhatsApp) to streamline billing. We do not hold your funds or take a percentage cut of your invoices; all settlements are bank-to-bank.
3. Account Responsibilities
As a user, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Maintain the security of your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) credentials.
- Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any security breaches related to your account.
- Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local and international laws.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Invoiss operates on a flat-fee subscription model (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). New users are granted a 7-day free trial. Upon expiration, you must subscribe to a paid tier to continue generating invoices. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. WhatsApp AI Fair Usage
Access to the WhatsApp AI assistant is subject to fair usage limits defined by your subscription tier (e.g., 100 conversations per month on the Enterprise plan). Attempting to bypass these limits or using the AI for spam, harassment, or illegal activities will result in immediate account termination.
6. Limitation of Liability
TheSoftwareHub Technologies Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We are an invoicing software provider, not a payment gateway or banking institution.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
